1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MicroStax ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

MicroStax provides an ephemeral environment orchestration platform that enables developers to create, manage, and share isolated development environments on k3s clusters. The Service includes the web dashboard, CLI, REST API, and related integrations.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to it
  • Use the Service to mine cryptocurrency or run compute-intensive workloads unrelated to development
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MicroStax, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Data and Content

You retain ownership of your data and code. By using the Service, you grant MicroStax a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Ephemeral environments are temporary by design and may be automatically terminated based on TTL settings. We are not liable for data loss in ephemeral environments.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MicroStax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
